During such a difficult and worrying time for us, we found professionals who gave us reassurance, confidence, and genuine compassion. São super simpáticos de uma humanidade gigantesca , muito atencioso o Dr Mesut com nossa cachorrinha que teve que retirar o olho esquerdo devido constatar a doença de carrapato que não foi diagnosticado no Brasil antes de vir pra cá isso causou um tumor atrás do olho após o glaucoma . Eu super indico eles pois alem terem um bom preço são super atenciosos. Estou muito satisfeita com o atendimento 🥰 Words can't describe it!! Gratitude to all of them. They are super kind and incredibly humane. Dr. Mesut was very attentive to our dog, who had to have her left eye removed due to a tick-borne disease that wasn't diagnosed in Brazil before coming here. This caused a tumor behind her eye after the glaucoma. I highly recommend them because, besides having good prices, they are super attentive. I am very satisfied with the service 🥰

My first experience with this clinic was very good. The doctor was friendly and helpful, and I have no complaints about the veterinary care or the prices. Unfortunately, my experience during an emergency, while speaking to the gentleman at reception over the phone, was very different. My cat had eaten the moisture-absorbing packet from a treat bag, and I was understandably very worried. Instead of simply helping me, I felt judged and was told that this was not allowed in Ireland and that next time I should not, and I quote, “waste my time giving my cat treats.” I understand that veterinary work can be stressful, but that is never an excuse to be rude. There is a real person on the other side of the phone, worried about their pet. The doctors are great and the prices are good, but unfortunately, this kind of treatment matters to me, and I won’t be returning. Edit: Your response explains why you found the call confusing, but it doesn’t address the way I was spoken to. My complaint was never about being asked questions or being told to come in. It was about the tone and the lack of empathy. I did explain that there was a little sachet inside the treat package marked “do not eat”. You asked if it was a moisture-absorbing sachet, and I said yes. You then asked if it was silica gel, and I said no, it was a powder, a deoxidizer. I said it was not gel because it wasn’t gel. Maybe my English wasn’t clear enough for you to understand exactly what I was trying to explain, but I was genuinely doing my best in a stressful situation. And yes! my cat is okay. We took her to another vet, she was treated, and she is now home resting. Thank you for clarifying your side.

Josh is the best vet we could have asked for our baby. I couldn't recommend anyone better. Great care even for the smallest, most fragile fur babies. The clinic overall was so patient with us. I really can't imagine going to another vet if we ever need veterinary assistance again.

How do we even begin to thank the team at Paw Paws. Ron, Dr. Smith, Dr. Gok, you have been absolute Earth Angels. To be truly listened to and especially Dr. Smith and Dr. Gok, your invaluable advice has been a saving grace for our George. I will be forever grateful for the day I walked through your practice door, desperate for help with what was then a full on stray cat, just on the brink of fully trusting us. You all understood that his needs were different to your every day pet. George has come grown in leaps and bounds from the cat that first made an appearance in our yard, thin, hissing and untrusting. It took many months of time, patience and advice to the "mighty lad" he is now. Were it not for our neighbor, I don't think anyone would have believed he had been a stray. Anyone can study to be a vet, but Dr. Smith and Dr. Gok, they are one of a kind, our George is not "just" one of their many patients to them, they truly see him. They take not only the needs of your beloved pet into account, but that there is a human who may also need to be listened to and their emotional needs met. I know I have said countless thank yous, but myself and my himself will be forever grateful for what you have done not only for our George, but for his parents too.

Mesut and Josh are caring and professional, and I have no issues with them. However, the person I believe to be the owner is incredibly rude and dismissive. You can be left waiting at the door and spoken to in a condescending, aggressive manner.If you truly care about your pet and want to be treated with basic respect, I would strongly recommend choosing another veterinary clinic.
