Josh is the best vet we could have asked for our baby. I couldn't recommend anyone better. Great care even for the smallest, most fragile fur babies. The clinic overall was so patient with us. I really can't imagine going to another vet if we ever need veterinary assistance again.

How do we even begin to thank the team at Paw Paws. Ron, Dr. Smith, Dr. Gok, you have been absolute Earth Angels. To be truly listened to and especially Dr. Smith and Dr. Gok, your invaluable advice has been a saving grace for our George. I will be forever grateful for the day I walked through your practice door, desperate for help with what was then a full on stray cat, just on the brink of fully trusting us. You all understood that his needs were different to your every day pet. George has come grown in leaps and bounds from the cat that first made an appearance in our yard, thin, hissing and untrusting. It took many months of time, patience and advice to the "mighty lad" he is now. Were it not for our neighbor, I don't think anyone would have believed he had been a stray. Anyone can study to be a vet, but Dr. Smith and Dr. Gok, they are one of a kind, our George is not "just" one of their many patients to them, they truly see him. They take not only the needs of your beloved pet into account, but that there is a human who may also need to be listened to and their emotional needs met. I know I have said countless thank yous, but myself and my himself will be forever grateful for what you have done not only for our George, but for his parents too.

Mesut and Josh are caring and professional, and I have no issues with them. However, the person I believe to be the owner is incredibly rude and dismissive. You can be left waiting at the door and spoken to in a condescending, aggressive manner.If you truly care about your pet and want to be treated with basic respect, I would strongly recommend choosing another veterinary clinic.

We have been bringing our 3 dogs here with a while and have always been very happy with the service. Ron, Mesut and all the team genuinely care and could not be nicer. Our 12 year old darling Whippet was in the final stages of heart failure and we discussed it with Mesut who advised to spend a few weeks with him and bring him back to be put to sleep. On the day of, we were treated with such compassion that it made the whole process so much easier. We were not rushed in any way and stayed with our baby for over an hour. Both Ron and Mesut were also quite emotional. I highly recommend this vets practice to anyone who loves their furbabies and want them to receive the best care possible.

We have a Basset Hound that's been suffering with a prolonged nagging skin condition the past few months. We've altered his diet and he's been to a local vet twice (in Galway) and received prescriptions of oral steroids which reduced inflammation but the vet was reluctant to prescribe them long term. After consulting the internet we learned we are not alone and this breed of dog is notorious for suffering with skin allergies. I contacted Paws Paws in Cork as I found they had stocked a special shampoo recommended by other basset hound owners online for similar skin conditions. Their staff were unbelievably knowledgeable, courteous and professional to chat with and although the problem is a lot more complex than I had initially believed, they advised me on the next steps we should take to resolve it; a process of elimination and trying different treatments until we found the most effective one as there were many. The conversation over the phone was very insightful and helpful, very grateful to the individual I spoke with over the phone for sharing his high level of expertise!

The staff here are absolutely lovely. They did my kittens first vaccine and check up and were brilliant. Very informative and their pet plans are extremely affordable. Highly recommend this place!
