We had to call into the emergency vet last night, where we met the lovely Paula, who honestly was the most brilliant and amazing vet we have seen, ever. She was so caring and very thorough, looked after our little boy and did everything she could and more to make sure that he was okay. We are so very greatful that she was the vet on call last night. Thank you for everything, God bless

Stay away! During an emergency visit for my cat, they neglected and traumatised him so much I had to remove him from their care and speed him to another vet. The failed to treat him even though it was an emergency situation. The second vet was able to resolve the issue, but the trauma he had experienced including the delay was too much for him and he died. Do not trust your animals with these cowboys.

I’ve been a customer at this clinic for some time, and while most of the staff are kind and caring, I had an unfortunate experience that I feel needs to be addressed. During my recent visit, I witnessed an upsetting incident where the vet was shouting at the lovely receptionist, which left her visibly distressed and crying. It was hard to watch as she was hyperventilating, and it made me very concerned for her well-being. I understand that stressful situations can arise in any workplace, but this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I’ve always been pleased with the care my pets have received from the other staff members, who are all wonderful, but after seeing this, I simply can’t continue to support this clinic. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, as I believe that a supportive and respectful environment is essential for both staff and clients

Excellent clinic. Staff are very friendly and informative. They are very friendly and caring towards your pet too and it doesn’t feel clinical. They give a great service, from surgery to aftercare and were very helpful when we rang with questions in between. 100% recommend.

Our girl had seen 5 different vets before D actually figured out what was wrong with our girl and saved her life! Today she is thriving and otherwise would no longer be with us. We LOVE D
