Just the loveliest people working here. Have been here twice now with my puppy Ozzie, and both times the visits have been spent sitting on the floor with him rather than stressing him out and putting him up on the table. The staff spend time getting to know him, making him comfortable, and spoiling him with treats before examining him. Even the woman on the front desk made a huge fuss of him and gave him loads of treats. The vets are highly professional and you can tell they're animal lovers. Really takes the dread of out vet visits! Can't recommend them enough.

We’ve brought our cat here a couple of times and they’re fantastic. Really lovely and caring people, couldn’t recommend more. I just wanted to edit my post to give particular thanks to Aoibheann who has been absolutely amazing looking after our cat who was recently diagnosed with AKI. The level of care has been so beyond appreciated. She’s truly gone above and beyond to help us and help our girl get back to health. Couldn’t recommend Douglas vets more, thank you for all of your help and assistance
