We had an excellent experience with Sinead and the team, bringing our new puppy Walt in for his first check-up. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so welcoming, patient, and clearly very experienced. Sinead took the time to do a thorough exam and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped calm our first-time puppy-parent nerves. She went over vaccinations, nutrition, parasite prevention, and even gave helpful tips on training and general puppy care. Our puppy was handled so gently and never seemed stressed during the visit. We really appreciated that no question felt rushed or silly. We couldn’t recommend Sinead and the team enough and we are so happy that we chose them for Walt’s care.

I can’t say enough good things about Sinead and all the staff at Cloyne Vet Clinic. They are incredibly caring, compassionate, and always go above and beyond for both pets and their owners. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and always take the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make sure your pet is comfortable. It’s such a relief knowing Shadow is in such capable and kind hands.

We were given conflicting information about the issues our pet had and the treatment involved. When we repeatedly followed up for clarification we were suddenly and out of the blue dropped as clients and our animals were refused treatment going forward. We were given no reason as to why this was the case. With no explanation for this I can only assume that the vet involved made a mistake (which happens), but instead of owning up to this small and simple error and moving on, she got mad that we would highlight this to figure out what the actual situation with our pet was. I’m sure being such a highly qualified and regarded person they would not like to be questioned in any way, but we were left in the dark about our pet’s health. Open and honest communication is so important when dealing with the lives of our family. Despite having good interactions previously with Cloyne vets, it seems like the moment something goes wrong the wheels fall off and they kick you to the curb. In good conscience I could not recommend this practice to anyone. Bring your animal friends to someone who cares for their health and who cares about your dignity as their family. Based on my experience it seems Cloyne vets does not value these things but more so cares about protecting their fragile egos.

Today we had to say goodbye to our beloved Cleo. What an outstanding experience it was, such compensation and genuine understanding of the heartbrake of a final goodbye, from Sinead and all the staff. We were carried through our goodbye, got all the time with Cleo we needed and never felt rushed our railroaded in anyway. We have been bringing our dogs for year's and our experience has always been professional and friendly. They clearly love their job. My full recommendation to Cloyne Veterinary clinic 🙏❤️

This vet clinic is fantastic from reception to vet tech to vet. There are very few vets that aren't kind, compassionate human beings but Sinead still manages to be top of class
